Lean_in’s choreographic projects emerge through an ongoing exploration of contemporary dance, contact improvisation, embodiment and human connection.
Each work begins with movement research — listening to the body, to others and to the spaces between us — and develops through improvisation, composition, experimentation and performance.
These choreography's explore how movement can hold memory, relationship, uncertainty and transformation, bringing together physical practice and creative research to create contemporary dance works for stage, screen and site-responsive spaces.
